OneHaus is currently in its early stage by testing and building in real time across New York City. Through outdoor workouts, small group training, and select partnerships, we’re focused on creating something people can truly stick with.
Long term, OneHaus is designed to bring training, structure, and connection together in one place. Until then, we’re building through real experiences, real feedback, and a focus on quality over speed.
I’ve been working in the New York fitness industry for about a decade. I started on the gym floor, moved into operations, and eventually into managing facilities. Along the way, I also went to culinary school, which surprised a few people, but I was never leaving fitness. I just became increasingly interested in the food side of wellness and how disconnected it often feels from everything else.
What I kept noticing was how much work it takes to actually live a healthy lifestyle in New York. Your gym is in one place, good food is somewhere else, and the people you enjoy training with often go their separate ways after class. Everything feels fragmented.
OneHaus came from wanting to bring those pieces together. Not just a gym with a juice bar, but a space where fitness, food, and community are part of the experience from the beginning.
Right now, we’re testing the concept through pop-ups, small group training, and partnerships with residential buildings.
Marcelo helps run marketing. He’s spent over a decade building integrated campaigns for global brands, managing budgets most startups never see, and figuring out how a concept becomes something people actually find and stay with. He has an MBA in advertising and marketing.
He’s also a lifelong athlete. Soccer and track growing up, group training now. His take is that the things that keep athletes consistent, showing up, the people around you, the energy in the room, are the same things that make a wellness brand worth returning to.
He was looking for a place like OneHaus before he started working on it.
